Bookings
You can cancel your subscription or booking at anytime through your platform. If you would like to cancel your subscription please email info@birdgangltd.com and we will cancel it for you. Please make sure your ongoing payment has also been cancelled with your bank.
For all classes we reserve the right, if we have to, to cancel booked classes. We will give you as much notice of cancellation as we can but do not guarantee a minimum period of advanced notice. In the event of cancellation, we will provide a full refund of fees paid. Please note that we will use the information you have provided to us to contact you and cannot be responsible should you not pick up the message before travelling to the venue. The sorts of situations where we need to cancel a class are where the class leader is ill or unavailable or where the venue is unavailable.
We provide classes provided by artists who we consider to be of appropriate skill or qualifications to take the classes. The classes (unless specified) do not require any particular skill but do involve physical activity. If you have any medical conditions you should contact your GP to check whether the class is appropriate. We cannot take any responsibility for any death or personal injury arising from your participation save as a result of our negligence.
During Covid lockdown we are providing classes by Zoom. We cannot be responsible should your broadband be unstable or you experience problems with reception.
